Tender description

This project involves the deployment of a LoRaWAN-based environmental monitoring and control system in a healthcare facility, aimed at improving patient comfort, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The system integrates smart thermostatic radiator valves, temperature and humidity sensors, open/close sensors, and water temperature monitors, all visualised through a NetxAutomation front-end. It enables real-time data collection, zone-level control, and automated alerts, supporting HTM 04-01 and ASHRAE standards. By leveraging wireless, low-power technologies, the solution is ideal for retrofit environments and empowers maintenance teams with actionable insights to enhance clinical outcomes and reduce energy consumption across the estate.
