Destination Tweed seeks to appoint an experienced consultant/s to lead on the implementation of a community engagement strategy to gather stories from communities of the River Tweed which will be curated and published to an online archive. Lot 1: Destination Tweed is a 5-year river revitalisation project, which aims to conserve, protect and promote the natural environment and cultural heritage of the River Tweed and deliver significant economic, environmental, educational and social benefits to the south of Scotland and North Northumberland. Destination Tweed seeks to appoint an experienced consultant/s to lead on the implementation of a community engagement strategy to gather stories from communities of the River Tweed which will be curated and published to an online archive. The scope of work is as follows: - Implementing the Destination Tweed Community Engagement Strategy, already produced - see supporting documents. - Developing a methodology for engaging with communities along the route of the River Tweed Trail. - Delivering on the ground events to collect stories from participants. - Curating these stories into an online archive of Tweed Stories. - Working with Destination Tweed projects to identify and collate relevant stories from project work to feature on the online archive.
