Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn gwahodd cynigion gan ymgynghorwyr pensaernïol cymwys ac â phrofiad i gynnal astudiaeth dichonoldeb ar gyfer datblygiad preswyl ar dir yn Nhanygrisiau, Gwynedd, LL41 3SL.
