Tender description

The Housing Revenue Account Business Plan's component replacement programme is based on age and condition of key elements for the domestic housing stock. For the council to plan future investment and demonstrate compliance with the Decent Homes Standard, accurate and up to date stock condition surveys are vitally important. LBH need to develop and procure a 5-year rolling stock condition survey that will encompass 100% (20% per year) of residential buildings owned by the London Borough of Hounslow as set out in the Social Housing Regulation Act, The Code and the Safety & Quality Consumer Standards.
