Tender description

The Supplier will: Recruit, train and manage volunteers (50-100) required for the successful delivery of the Baton of Hope Torbay event on Tuesday 30th September. Plan, organise and gather business sponsorship to enable the successful delivery of the Baton of Hope Torbay event. Plan, organise and encourage public, private and voluntary sector organisations to fundraise for a local suicide prevention grant pot for future suicide prevention activity. Host a public online fundraising portal on behalf of Baton of Hope Torbay. Hold funds raised by business sponsorship and fundraising separately and transfer to Torbay Council as and when required.
