IPS (Individual Placement and Support) is an evidence-based service that supports people with severe mental ill health difficulties into employment. Lot 1: IPS (Individual Placement and Support) is an evidence-based service that supports people with severe mental ill health difficulties into employment. It involves intensive, individual support, a rapid job search followed by placement in paid employment, and time-unlimited in-work support for both the employee and the employer. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) award notice. The awarding of this call of contract to an existing provider is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
