Tender description

Melton Borough Council (the Council) wishes to conduct market consultation with relevant providers in relation to its tenant procurement, site operations, events management and marketing, grounds and building maintenance services provision for the Stockyard site. The engagement will support the development of the future service delivery specification and provide an opportunity for providers to contribute to the service and procurement strategy process. Please note that this notice does not commit the Council to any future competition or award. Potential providers interested in participating in this soft market engagement are Invited to complete this questionnaire and submit it through the online procurement portal by no later than 12:00 noon 01 07 2025. The soft market testing exercise is intended to allow interested organisations with appropriate experience to outline their views and ideas about the future strategic management of the Stockyard site.
