Grant - Early Years and Childcare places – S106 Developer Contributions Capital Funding Grant Application & Assessment (Chocolate Works / Terry’s development)

Tender description

City of York Council wishes to award a grant/s for capital works to support the expansion and creation of early years childcare places to support the increasing demand in places arising from the Chocolate Works / Terry’s development. Funding must be spent on costs associated with projects that help ensure sufficient places for children aged 0 - 4 years within 1.5 miles of the development. The proposed project must create a minimum of 14 full time equivalent early years places and places must be inclusive for children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
