Tender description

Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of establishing whether there are any organisations that are interested in providing a service to replace or retro fit the current stock of pay and display machines, improve end to end card service processing, install VRM keypads and manage and maintain all its pay and display machines across the county. The council is seeking feedback and suggestions from suppliers on the best value approach to meeting our key objectives.
