Nature: Internal alterations to upgrade and refurbish the Early Years section at the front of the building. A new external play area with landscaping. Demolishing and rebuild of Store Block, Alterations in 6 Classrooms to install fixed teaching wall furniture. Upgrading water supply pipework. Due the works taken place in a live school the Contractor MUST ensure that all deliveries and plant access times are as noted in the Traffic Plan.
