This project relates to the Extension, alterations and renovation works to an existing cottage and surrounding site to form visitor centre and café in Castletown, Co. Meath. The proposed development consists of (a) Restoration and extension of an existing cottage to form a visitor centre and café, and entrance from public road, (b) allowing for service ducts for the construction of a Men’s Shed on a later stage, (c) new car parking, (d) install new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, together with all associated site works.
