Jigginstown Manor Phase 2 : Integrated Design Team Services for 10 No Single Storey Transitional Housing Unit at Jigginstown Manor,Jigginstown, Naas, Co. Kildare Their primary objective of Homeless Care CLG is to provide a suitable facility to accommodate out of state care for young homeless adults aged between 18 and 25 in the County Kildare area. Phase 1 opened in 2022 and is comprised of self-catering residential units with ancillary training, recreation, and catering, supervisory and administrative amenities in order to foster self-reliance and to prepare the residents for eventual fully independent living within the greater community. Phase 2 seeks to provide additional residential units which will work in tandem with the Phase 1 facility, providing additional overall capacity and step-down transitional housing for the Phase 1 facility. The scheme will consist of 6 No 2 Bed Units and 4 No 1 Bed Units. The scope of this contract is - Full Integrated Design Team Services to bring the project through planning, contractor procurement, construction supervision and management of defects period. - Includes all Engineering, Architectural, Building Services, Quantity Surveying requirements - The successful Tenderer will also be required to act as PSDP and Assigned Certifier
