Preliminary Market Engagement questionnaire This is a Preliminary Market Engagement in May/June 2025 for an Ofcom requirement for the provision of recruitment process outsourcing services for up to 5 years fom February 2026. The engagement takes the form of a preliminary market engagement questionnaire, and possibly some discussion. Ofcom is undertaking some pre-procurement market engagement to inform a procurement exercise that is planned to commence in July 2025 for the re-procurement of Ofcom’s recruitment process outsourcing requirements. The subsequent contract will commence in February 2026 and will run for up to 5 years. Organisations are invited to provide responses on questions which will enable Ofcom to gather general feedback to inform and help us finalise our procurement approach and documentation.
