Tender description

The Cabinet Secretary for NHS Recovery, Health and Social Care made a statement in Parliament on 01 September 2023 about the establishment of the Eljamel Public Inquiry. The Cabinet Secretary named Lord Weir as the chair of the Eljamel Inquiry. The Scottish Government is seeking to establish legal representation who are appropriately skilled and qualified to provide legal support to respond to the statutory requests from the Inquiry on behalf of Scottish Ministers, and to represent Scottish Ministers’ interests on behalf of the Scottish Government.
