2025/005 The provision of services for the design, delivery, and evaluation of a Community of Practice for C-Suite Leaders from Enterprise Ireland client companies.

Tender description

Enterprise Ireland is seeking proposals from providers to undertake the design, delivery and evaluation of a series of C-suite role-specific peer sessions. Participants will be senior leaders from Enterprise Ireland supported companies in cohorts of approximately 15 – 20 people, however the cohort size could rise to 30 if there is sufficient demand. These cohorts will be grouped by role, for example (but not exclusively) – CEO, CFO, COO, and CTO. Each cohort may be made up of participants from different Enterprise Ireland supported companies, therefore there could be 60-120 different participating companies, depending on the cohort size. Each year, it is anticipated that there will be 16 sessions held, four sessions for each of the four C-suite cohorts. Each of these sessions must include formal, social and experiential learning elements, for example an inspirational, thought-leadership and/or wellness element and a facilitated discussion among the attendees.
