Supply and Delivery of Recycle and Refuse Containers

Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal framework for the Supply and Delivery of Recycle and Refuse Containers, for all 32 council areas in Scotland and Scotland Excel Associate members. It is anticipated this framework will incorporate various container types, such as, but not limited to, 2 wheeled bins, wheeled and non-wheeled containers over 500L, kerbside boxes, kitchen caddy’s and sacks and liners. Lot 1: 2 Wheeled Bins Lot 1 is anticipated to be for the supply and delivery of various sized 2 wheeled container bins. This includes, but not limited to the supply of HDPE wheeled plastic bins and parts, printing and associated accessories to depots and/or households within Scotland. Additional information: NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change. Lot 2: Wheeled and Non-Wheeled Containers over 500L Lot 2 is anticipated to be for the supply and delivery of various sized wheeled and non wheeled containers over 500 Litres. This includes, but not limited to the supply of HDPE and galvanised steel bins/containers, bottle banks and other large waste containers, parts, printing and associated accessories to depots within Scotland. Additional information: NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change. Lot 3: Kerbside Boxes and Reusable Sacks Lot 3 is anticipated to be for supply and delivery of various sized kerbside boxes and reusable sacks. This includes, but not limited to the supply of kerbside boxes and reusable sacks and associated printing and accessories to depots within Scotland. Additional information: NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change. Lot 4: Kitchen Waste Lot 4 is anticipated to be for supply and delivery of various sized kitchen waste containers. This includes, but not limited to the supply of waste containers and associated printing and accessories to depots within Scotland. Lot 5: Urban Waste Lot 5 is anticipated to be for supply and delivery of various sized urban waste containers. This includes, but not limited to the supply of urban waste containers, pole mounted bins, free standing bins, dog waste bins, novelty bins, multiple bin container housings and associated printing and accessories to depots within Scotland. Lot 6: Virgin and Recycled Sacks and Liners Lot 6 is anticipated to be for supply and delivery of various sized virgin and recycled sacks and liners, with associated printing options to depots within Scotland. Lot 7: Compostable Sacks and Liners Lot 7 is anticipated to be for supply and delivery of various sized compostable sacks and liners, with associated printing options to depots within Scotland. Lot 8: Refurbishment of Bins Lot 8 is anticipated to be for the refurbishment of bins of varying type, condition and used for various council related services.
