Provision of Distress Brief Intervention (DBI) Level 2 Services within the Forth Valley Area

Falkirk HSCP, Stirling HSCP, and Clackmannanshire HSCP seeks to establish a contract for the provision of the Distress Brief Intervention (DBI) Level 2 Services as detailed within the specification. DBI Level 2 is provided by commissioned and trained third sector staff who contact the person within 24-hours of referral and provide compassionate community-based problem-solving support, wellness and distress management planning, supported connections and signposting for a period of up to 14 days. The Procurement Reform Scotland Act 2014 applies to contracts for services with a value above 50,000 GBP and below the Procurement Thresholds for Goods and Services. Regulation 12(1) of the Act permits the award of a contract for a health or social care service without seeking offers in relation to the proposed contract.
