This procurement exercise seeks to appoint suitably qualified service providers to Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) services at North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) Properties. The properties included will be a mixture of corporate buildings, schools and HSCP facilities. Lot 1: This procurement exercise seeks to appoint suitably qualified service providers to Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) services at North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) Properties. The properties included will be a mixture of corporate buildings, schools and HSCP facilities. All services will be delivered under a sole supplier contract. The conditions of contract will be Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) Measured Term Contract (MTC/Scot)2019. The contract term will be 3 years plus an option to extend by 24 months.
