Parking survey and associated Landscape architecture services in Cowbridge

The Council wishes to appoint a consultant with experience in parking surveys and landscape/urban design to undertake a parking survey and develop drawings for parking options in the town.The aim of this piece of work is to:• Survey how many cars currently park in the town centre on average. This should include counting parked cars within the ex-livestock market site, along the High Street, and in the main car park behind the Town Hall, over several different days and at peak times.• Identify how many cars park in each area and how many free spaces there are on average at each location.• Survey how many car parking spaces there could be within the ex-livestock market site, if the site were to be formally designed as a car park with marked parking spaces. (Currently this is a temporary car park with no painted lines and cars are not parking in a space efficient way.)• Survey how many parking spaces there could potentially be at a fourth location, not currently used as a car park.
