This Request for Information (RFI) process is being undertaken to engage with the market in order to inform the further development of draft proposals for future service delivery of Primary Care (as Lot 1) and Mental Health (as Lot 2) Services for South Yorkshire Male Prisons. Whereas this RFI has been prepared in good faith by North of England Commissioning Support (NECS), acting for and on behalf of NHS England North East & Yorkshire Health and Justice team (the Relative Authority), it should not be assumed that the information in this RFI has been verified for absolute accuracy and completeness by NECS, the Relevant Authority and/or any advisor(s) to the Relevant Authority Completed RFI’s must be submitted by no later than 1000 hours on 5th June 2025 via the e-Tendering system. Any submissions received after this specified deadline may not be considered in the market engagement process undertaken through the RFI process.
