Orbit Homes (2020) Limited wish to appoint a supplier/s for the design, manufacture and supply of Posi Joists and Flooring and Trusses, Gable and Spandrel Panels required over the project duration at a new site in Smee Lane Norwich. Project Duration. Approx 4.5 Years Number of Plots: 272, comprising of Private, Shared Ownership and Affordable rent tenures- Please refer to tenure specifications. This tender is split into 2 Lots as follows: Lot 1: Posi Joists and Flooring – in accordance with technical specification and drawing pack Lot 2: Trusses, Gable and Spandrel Panels PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE LET IN A PHASED APPROACH (272 PLOTS IN TOTAL) – INITIAL ORDER FOR EACH LOT WILL BE FOR 142 NO PLOTS. There is no commitment by Orbit as to the usage, volume or value of the goods required on this project. Suppliers can bid for one or both Lots. A contract will be awarded to the highest scoring bidder for each Lot. If one supplier has scored the highest for both Lots, Orbit reserve the right to award both contracts to that supplier.
