Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Orthodox Jewish non Interlink framework

Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney Holiday Activities and Food team (HAF) is seeking proposals from Orthodox Jewish activities clubs to deliver holiday clubs that meet the specification of the Department for Education funded Holiday Activity and Food Programme (HAF). Successful clubs will be able to apply via expression of interest to run holiday activity clubs out of term time, for a period of 9 months and is expected to commence on 1st July 2025. The contracts may be extended for a further three years if the grant from the Department of Education is extended. To formulate your proposal, directly address the questions detailed in section 1.3 of the guidance document (Hackney Holiday Activity And Food Programme - Orthodox Jewish Charedi Club Framework - Guidance), and email your completed proposal to haf@hackney.gov.uk. The deadline for submission of proposals is 16 June 2025 at 12.00 noon.
