STAR Procurement of behalf of Rochdale Council are seeking expressions of interest for a business opportunity a Tree Works Framework. Rochdale Council are looking for external providers to assist them in maintaining their tree stock in a healthy and safe condition, and as such are developing the framework agreement to facilitate the procurement of differing Arboricultural operations.
