City of London Housing Responsive Repairs Maintenance and Voids Service - Lot 1 - HRA & Lot 2 BRE

Tender description

This contract award notice follows the completion of the Restricted Procedure in relation to the following lots, detailed below. Lot 1 - Housing Revenue Account Housing Estates - The Repair and Maintenance of London Social Housing stock including voids is managed by the City of London Housing Property Services Team including Property Services Officers, supported by the Repair Service Desk (call centre for Housing), and estate-based Estate Management Staff. The contract value is £8,840,000 for the full duration of the contract. Lot 2 - Barbican Housing Estate - The repair and maintenance of Barbican Estate including voids is managed by the City of London Housing Property Services Team including Property Services Officers and Garchey Engineers, supported by the Repair Service Desk (call centre for Barbican). The contract value is £5,470,000 for the full duration of the contract. The total value of the procurement for both lots is £14,310,000 The duration and maximum length of each of the contracts are five year, the commencement date for both contracts / lots is the 01/04/25.
