Tender description

The procurement will cover arrangements for the delivery of building repair and maintenance works including but not limited to responsive repairs (including 24/7 emergency call out provision), void works, works related to the prevention of condensation and mould along with more extensive reactive repair works arising from day to day repairs across the Aster Group. The arrangements will operate in conjunction with Aster's in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and be delivered across a geographically diverse footprint centring on Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset and including London, Devon and Cornwall along with extended operational areas such as Oxfordshire, West Sussex, and Gloucestershire.
