Tender description

The Council is seeking to establish a Community Based Services Framework enabling the purchasing of services for Adults and Children in Wiltshire.?? The strategic direction to recommission all homecare in Wiltshire with the preferred option via a single joint framework, covering adults and children. The framework would offer a range of lots to cover all the Community Based service areas required. The lot approach will ensure that the voice of all customer's using Community Based services is heard and acted upon, covering older adults, children and their families and adults of working age who may present with mental health needs, learning disability (with or without dementia) and autistic spectrum condition, encompassing all and their equalities moving away from the terminology ‘complex’. The single joint framework will enable continuity throughout all key stages of life ensuring a consistent approach to quality standards and improvements. Keywords: Open Framework
