Tender description

The National Transport Delivery plan, published in February 2023, reaffirmed Welsh Government’s commitment to continue work on options to progress the Llandeilo bypass scheme. A preferred route for the new road has also been identified:- https://www.gov.wales/a483-llandeilo-and-ffairfach-preferred-route Delivery of the scheme will require the input of both multi-disciplinary consultants and works Contractors. WG is currently in the process of developing both its delivery model and contracting model for these inputs. This market engagement exercise is being conducted to help inform the design of these delivery and contracting models, as well as the WG’s procurement strategy more generally.
