Tender description

The Contracting Authority intends to carry out the construction of a new post-primary 2-storey stand-alone school building extension to accommodate (i) Classrooms, Specialist Teaching spaces, Special Education Needs Unit, Offices, and Ancillary accommodation. (ii) An external heat pump and gas tank compound and a standalone substation building. (iii) Adjustments to the existing vehicular and pedestrian site entrance gates onto Bóthar Buí road and on-site set down improvements, new internal access roadways, increase of on-site car parking, including a covered bicycle stand, site lighting, and all ancillary site works.
