Provision of specialist executive search services for 2 x Non Executive roles within the Scottish Government qA1916986 Lot 1: We require a specialist executive search service to identify potential candidates for 2 x Non Executive roles within the Scottish Government. We require an agency who understands the operating context in Scotland and who has experience appointing for roles in Scottish public sector. The selected agency will : -lead on all aspects of the appointments, contributing to agreed finalised job specifications, adverts and applicant information. -be responsible for advertising openly via the web on their own microsite for the two roles, specifying the application process which they will lead entirely off their website, processing all personal data in accordance with UK DPA 2018. -manage all communications with candidates, confirming receipt of all application materials and requirements -design and lead the sift process in collaboration with the Appointments Panel, and put forward recommendations for sift to the Panel. -meet with the Panel in relation to the sift in mid-June and will communicate sift outcome to candidates for both successful and unsuccessful candidates. -lead the process of conducting short context conversations with strongest candidates to inform Final panel interviews, capturing and documenting evidence across all criteria and sharing this with the Panel. -support final Panel interviews, as required by the Panel and capture evidence and support moderation as required.
