Tender description

The works comprise window/door repairs and/or replaced and other works to the external facade at 12-14 Bonds Hill, Londonderry. The existing dwellings are in a row of terrace, 2 storey height with dormers. The existing windows are timber sash and require removal for workshop repairs and later reinstated. Front entrance doors will also require removal for workshop repairs and later reinstated. The works are as detailed in the ITT documentation and associated Works Information and Site Information.
