The University of Edinburgh is appointing a supplier as Lead Consultant to lead a multi-disciplinary design team for design stages 3-7 relating to the 40 George Square Lecture Theatres refurbishment project. Lot 1: The University of Edinburgh is appointing a supplier as Lead Consultant to lead a multi-disciplinary design team for design stages 3-7 relating to the 40 George Square Lecture Theatres refurbishment project. This Contract is split into two phases outlined below: Phase 1: RIBA stage 3 Phase 2: RIBA stages 4-7 The initial Contract Term will cover Phase 1 only and The University may in its sole discretion extend the Term of the Contract to proceed with Phase 2, in accordance with the Call off Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services. This project has been procured via a mini-tender utilising the NHS SBS10190 Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services – Lot 7: Multi-disciplinary services.
