Provision of general/acute services by Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust including: • Urgent/Emergency Care (A&E and Urgent Treatment Centre) • Elective/Daycase • Outpatients • Maternity • Paediatrics • Diagnostics • Cancer Lot 1: NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board ("the ICB") is directly awarding a contract following direct award process A to the existing provider Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for the provision of healthcare services including: • Urgent/Emergency Care (A&E and Urgent Treatment Centre) • Elective/Daycase • Outpatients • Maternity • Paediatrics • Diagnostics • Cancer Contract awarded in accordance with Regulation 7 of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Contract start date: 1 April 2024 Duration: 5 years (Expiry Date: 31 March 2029) Total value of contract award: £1,808,090,000
