Scope: Integration with EMIS web: - STIA form (the Doctor’s section) - Impairments form (GP Report) Creation of a forms management portal to be accessed by GP’s (launched in context from EMIS web) Integration with the Microsoft Dynamics based Transform Benefits Management Platform Potential to use our Microsoft Dynamics based Digital Government Platform as the forms portal The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to find information in order to review next steps for finding an EMIS software partner that can fulfil our development needs on the EMIS platform, get an indicative cost range and timescales to complete the work. This RFI is part of a larger programme transforming services to our citizens. (Transform Programme) Kindly review the contents of this document, which includes high-level diagrams and essential information required for the successful implementation of our system solution to meet the outlined requirements.
