The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of COMMS Boundaries Scotland Consultation Portal This is required for engaging the general public in the process for selecting the new election boundaries and would procured as a subscription to use the following software service - Citizen Space National Essential Package Lot 1: Citizen Space National Essential Package Delivery and Arms-Length Bodies Designed for central government, arms-length and delivery bodies, and other national organisations that manage services and policies for an entire population. These packages ensure national organisations are supported comprehensively.
