Tender description

PKC sought to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to provide childcare vouchers through a salary sacrifice arrangement. The scheme enables PKC to provide employees who have already signed up to receive childcare vouchers to continue to do so to assist with the cost of childcare for children under 15 years old (under 16 for disabled children). The supplier must provide childcare vouchers through a salary sacrifice arrangement allowing employees to save income tax and national insurance on the portion of sacrificed salary, while PKC can achieve savings from national insurance.
