Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical Plant - Servicing Maintenance and Repair

East Sussex Fire Authority (ESFA) is seeking to award a contract for the provision of the annual servicing of its air conditioning and other electrical and mechanical plant plus ad-hoc maintenance, repairs and replacement works across its estate in East Sussex and Brighton and Hove. The Contract will be for a three-year period commencing on the 1st September 2025 with an option for the Authority to extend the Contract where the contractor agrees. We will expect the successful Service Provider to be able to provide all the services detailed in the specification including plumbing; and above and below ground drainage services including dealing with blockages and a small amount of plumbing related electrical works. Where you choose to sub-contract any element of these works, this will at the rate bid without any managerial monitoring costs. Due to the potential number of suppliers, their availability, the distance between our sites and the impact it would have on our small team, there will be no opportunity for site visits during the tender process.
