Ysgol Ifor Bach - Renewal of flooring, external slabbing & Drainage

Tender description

The scope of the project in summary was:- Completely take up and dispose of the existing flooring to the main hall.- Excavate and replace any defective screed, apply new screed and apply self-levelling compound to existing floor.- Provide new flooring. Poly floor or similar approved (Woodfix range or similar)- Externally excavate existing slabs and set aside for reuse (approx.. 36sm)- Excavate and install ACO drainage channels with safety gratings in accordance with tender drawings and connect to existing drainage system.- Relay existing slabs to falls to facilitate adequate run off during wet weather.- Hack off all defective render to front elevation, treat affected areas and apply new polymer render to match existing. (Approx. 15sm)- Provide paint finish to front elevation of main hall and boiler room, to match the existing school colour. (approx..80sm)This notice is to inform the market of the contract award
