T0634 Planning and Support for Surveying Standards

The supplier's nominated staff must have extensive experience in delivering this type of subject specific support to National Highways. Nominated staff must be able to demonstrate across its team the following: - Knowledge and detailed understanding of topographical and geomatical surveys - Knowledge and detailed understanding of National Highways' DMRB Standards GG 951 - General Requirements for Geomatical Surveys & GS 952 Requirements for Topographical Surveys - Knowledge and detailed understanding of National Highways' Manual for Development of Documents (MDD), with experience of completing the necessary steps to facilitate publication of a DMRB Standard - Knowledge and detailed understanding of National Highways' Departures Manual/DAS, with experience of completing the necessary steps to facilitate appraisal and determination of a Departure from Standard. - Experience of maintaining (review and update) of RAD related policy - Experience in formal stakeholder engagement - Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
