R&M and Voids Maintenance Services and Planned Component Replacement (inc OOH and 24/7, 365 days a year cover) Lots can be selected in any area in any combination at this time. The PIN is designed to gain market intelligence and then impact the choice of procurement. Ideally, we envisage working with a multi-trade contractor but are open to a framework of smaller suppliers. R&M and Voids Maintenance Services with some cyclical servicing EM Lighting Servicing, Blender Value Services, PAT, Smoke Detector servicing and EICRs. Specified locations are Dunoon, Helensburgh, Sauchie, Kirkintilloch, Milngavie(Clober Road), Milngavie(Claremont Drive), Camelon, Falkirk, Laurieston, Stenhousemuir, Bellshill, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Erskine, Paisley, Renfrew, Stirling, St Ninians, Easterhouse and Clydebank. Also, to include: EM Lighting Servicing Blender Value Services PAT Smoke Detector servicing EICRs Lot 4: R&M and Voids Maintenance Services - Central/ South Garden Maintenance to be carried out in Central Scotland and South of Glasgow. Specific locations are Kilmarnock, Budhill, Maryhill(Burnbank Road), Maryhill (Garscube Road), Garnethill, Ibrox, Linthouse, Nitshill. Riddrie, Gourock, Greenock, Ardrossan, Elderslie, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Lanark, Lesmahagow, Rutherglen and Shawlands.
