Provision of School Meal and Kitchen Maintenance

Wokingham Borough Council is looking to engage with the market to discuss a future opportunity relating to the provision of school meals and kitchen maintenance. The current schools catering contract ceases at the end of the Summer term in July 2025 and therefore this event is intended to provide information to school staff about school meal and kitchen maintenance opportunities in order that they have a school meal offer from September 2025. Wokingham Borough Council procurement team are facilitating the event and are seeking suppliers to work directly with schools who can meet these service delivery timescales. We will be looking to have individual meetings with interested suppliers via MS Teams. Specific agenda and scope will be provided prior to the date of the meetings.
