) Provision of Space Planning and Move Management Services The services will include surveying all of the existing 25 ABE suites (Achieving Best Evidence), soon to be VRI (Video Recorded Interview). This will include completing the scope and price with contractors, to match the new design guide. Once all of the information is collected for the programmes, the services will then include advice and support of delivery. Proposed Assigned Consultant: Russ Church ii) Provision of PMO Services Work across PSD to ensure best practice is applied in the application of business practices and governance in the preparation of Reports / Business Cases. Identify models based on standards and tools adjusted to business needs. Prepare managed templates to ensure best practices are adhered to and develop roadmaps for workflow purposes. Ensure writing can be carried out by the wider team with appropriate levels of support, depending on the needs and objectives of any project. Provide advice and guidance to identify project risks, gain stakeholder approvals and control project scope. Manage stakeholders within timescales to adhere to all agreed time parameters.
