Tender description
The Contract was for the delivery of accredited blended First Aid training to Shetland Islands Council employees. This would be a combined course which includes Emergency and Paediatric First Aid. Lot 1: The procurement was a regulated procurement governed by the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (“the Regulations”) and the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.
