Provision of Consulting Services to Support the Capital Programme

Tender description

The Supplier shall provide:  Programme leadership and management of the delivery of the Capital programme.  Provision of client-side Project Management services to manage the delivery of a range of Capital projects such that they meet time, cost and quality requirements set out by the MPS. Project management services will also focus on the Taser uplift project. Gathering information across 73 sites and providing PDF/DWG drawings. This is to find new locations to support the uplift in Tasers needed for Neighbourhood teams. Separately, this service will support with the urgent work to refurbish Ponton Road (Fleet Garage Services). Ponton road has been unoccupied for the past 2 years and this urgent work will create bespoke accommodation for Fleet to occupy. This will meet the needs of 'fixing our foundations' giving our people good quality accommodation and facilities to do their job. And will support the new strategy for Fleet agreed by Management Board this year. Once all of the information is collected for the both programmes, resources is require to support the delivery.
