Peabody is seeking to appoint a single provider to provide consultancy/bureau services to deliver a fully managed bureau service to manage our portfolio, providers must be able to confirm they have capability to provide all of services set out in the specification and invitation to tender documents. Our meters supply communal areas for residents, domestic supply for some of our vulnerable residents, and our offices. This site list is constantly evolving and will be subject to the addition and removal of meters over the course of the contract. Lot 1: Our utilities contracts aim to achieve several key objectives: •Service Provision: The primary goal is to ensure the reliable and continuous provision of utility services to meet the needs of our residents and Peabody. This includes specifying the quantity, quality, and reliability of the services to be delivered. •Cost Efficiency •Quality and Performance Standards •Compliance with Regulations •Environmental Sustainability •Innovation and Technology •Risk Management •Customer Service.
