Grounds Maintenance Opportunity

Tender description

Dodington Parish Council (DPC) is a medium sized Council situated in South Gloucestershire. Major neighbouring towns are Yate and Chipping Sodbury. DPC is in the process of reviewing grounds maintenance and grass cutting contracts for the Public Open Spaces and Sports Pitches that they are responsible for. They are inviting interested parties (within a 50 mile radius of parish) to tender for the work for 2025 - 2028 seasons. (1st April 2025 - 31st March 2028). DPC are keen to see cost for a 3 year contract - but would also consider an extension to 5 years. Details of the various area's and requirements can be found in document entitled ' GROUNDS MAINTENANCE GRASS CUTTING SERVICE 2025'. Whilst companies can tender for all area's - DPC would like to see the breakdown between the area's - and may employ different companies for each area (as they do currently). You are welcome to just tender for one area (please mark this clearly upon submission). The closing date for receipt of tenders is Thursday 20th February 2025 at 5pm. Tenders may be received electronically or by hard copy (preference would be electronically).
