Tender description

Completion of the site works comprising site clearance, cut and fill including rock excavation, carparking, footpaths, retaining walls, fencing, rotary driers, bike shelter, landscaping, drainage and external services. The Contractor is responsible for connecting up the electricity, water and drainage connections. All services, BT, water and electricity are to be terminated within the existing building.
