Tender description

The project compromises the construction of a steel frame and clad industrial building with reinforced concrete floor, roller shutter and personnel doors. A staff car park is to be provided to the front of the industrial unit with secure concrete yard to the rear for large vehicle deliveries. Connection to existing site wide utilities and drainage are required. Lot 1: Fusion Assets is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Principal Contractor (the ‘Contractor’) with the express purpose of carrying out the construction of a new Industrial Unit, Car Park and rear Service Yard at Building No.3, Link Park, Newhouse, Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, ML1 5GJ. It is utilising a single stage competitive process in accordance with the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
