Tender description

The funding being requested for this phase is as follows: - £3,332.50: This is for two surveyors to inspect 13 no. bat boxes, including reporting, project management and quality assurance. They will also supply, deliver and install an additional 7 bat boxes on the site. - £13,000.00: This is for 20 days of supervision while the demolition of the building takes place. This will be done at £650.00 per day. - £8,667.50: The project manager has advised that due to additional works that are going to be required, would like the value of the contract to be up to £25,000.00, although they don't believe the full budget will be required. This will reduce the need to submit an additional waiver for the remaining ecology works that are pending.
