Roof replacement and repair works to four blocks of flats at Glenties Drive, Belfast. The works will comprise removal of the existing flat roof coverings, provision of new lightweight roof coverings to include lightweight steel structures, upgrading of existing cavity wall insulation and improvement works to existing balconies to the front and rear elevations, provision of new rainwater goods and underground storm drainage along with cleaning works.
