Social Care Database – Support and Maintenance

Tender description

This will provide continued support and maintenance for the existing social care management system. The system is expected to be replaced via a separate procurement exercise. The replacement procurement itself is projected to take up to three years to implement and renewing support and maintenance coverage will complement a managed migration. This purchase is required as the council has a statutory obligation to provide, track and monitor social care services, and this contract will provide the critical, necessary support to function adequately.
